Age: 21
Bloodline: Carne, A Pure Blood.
Appearance: Quinn has a soft face, almost boyish and completely unblemished. He has no scars, no strange features and so he can completely blend in with human's, despite his ghostly pale skin. His black eyes are dark, but will grow redder with his bloodthirst. They have never been completely red, as his hunger overtakes him and he will feed. He has fill lips, very feminine figure with a slim hourglass body.
Personality: When confronted with a problem, Quinn will forst of all smile, and then most likely ask for help. He has amazing self control and only when rage or hunger overtakes him does his mood change. He is proffessional and even holds down a normal human job as a Bank Manager. Of course, in a year or so people will notice that he is not aging, and he will have to move on, probably to another country. He is unphased by other vampires and will rarely rise to a fight unless he is of course bloodthirsty.
His favourite type of human to feed on is females. He likes to kill young girls, or teenage girls who let their guard down when out with their friends.
Ability details: His abilities are strong from the Carne clan as his father was a rather elder. He takes pride in his ability to read minds and make difficult decisions quickly. He can recognise what a Vampire or human wants in any situation and usually use this to his advantage to get his own way.

History: His mother was a rather calm Carne, and believed in non-violence and making ties with humans. She died from a Blutopfer attack when Quinn accidentily challenged one to a fight, thinking that the outcome would not lead to death.
Quinn's father was absent for most of his childhood and his adulthood. The rare times when he did show, he taught Quinn how to be discreet with his killings and even showed him how to stage a suicide.
Quinn turned out to be a rather gentle vampire, and probably should belong to the Ameil, but when he wanted to join them, he found that they were too limited for him and he took too much joy in staging the suicides and feeding.
